Short Courses
The College plans to offer the following short courses:
- ADDO (in collaboration with the Pharmacy Council of Tanzania)
- First Aid Training & Basics Of Emergency Care (in collaboration with EMAT)
- Medical Office Administration & Health Information Technology
Entry Criteria
Pre-Service
a) Certificate – NTA level 5
A Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with minimum passes of “D” in the following subjects; Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematic, English and any other Arts subjects.
b) Diploma
A candidate who intends to exit at NTA level 6 must have a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with minimum passes of ‘C’ credits in Biology and Chemistry, and a ‘D’ passes in Physics, Mathematic and English, who has successfully passed NTA Level 5.
In-service
- Technician certificate in respective training programme or equivalent with working experience as Assistant for at least two years
- A holder of Assistant Certificate trained through Knowledge based Curriculum and successful passed bridging programme (NTA Level 5 Semester I Modules).
